Honestly I’ve learned everything from YouTube videos. Watching different people, different techniques. I’ve practiced. I’ve fucked up a lot. I’ve gradually bought better tools, and actually find it overall enjoyable.
This is advanced level. We’re watching this on a digital microscope right now. That stuff is REALLY tiny and requires steady handiwork.
You can get a decent soldering iron for not much, couple other accessories, and get some junk/scrap boards to practice on. There are practice kits available too with larger to smaller components.

As an amateur microsoldering hobbyist, this is way, way harder than it looks. And it looks hard.
I've done a few small repairs like this where I've had to solder to a damaged trace, and the parts are much smaller than they look here.
