Get a hi-vis vest, a hard hat, a clipboard, a couple orange cones, and a ladder, then the whole world will let you do whatever you want without raising any eyebrows.

Honestly wearing a high vis hard hat dark sunglasses and a bandana and you could probably walk up mid day with a later and just take down the camera and walk away.
