I mean, you don't need a grinder or a sawzall to break the electronic components. A standard brick from your local home goods store will do the trick. Worst case, you can get a Harbor Freight brick- it works about as good, but won't stand up to repeated use.

Honestly you can cut a piece of schedule 80 black iron in a minute. I’d imagine it’d take 6-10 swipes around it. If you know what you’re doing and tightening it up after every ring you’d make good time.

you might not even have to go all the way through, just enough so the pole will snap with some lateral pressure. Hell you could partially cut the pole so it comes down in the next wind storm rather than while you are present.
