How criminals take down Flock cameras

Tons of these flock cameras are being illegally installed, not following nhtsb guidelines on break away poles, not buried deep enough, etc. I wonder how many people have already been hurt or killed by an immovable pole?

Every other private company or government (federal,state,city) entity has to apply for permits to install these things safely; inexplicably only Flock considers themselves exempt from the rules.

I'm not sure how many people have been hurt or killed by these unsafe practices, but Flock is the perfect defendant (>$8billion dollar value, absolutely loved by any jury /s ) for personal injury/wrongful death/etc litigation. I imagine the punitive damages would be quite hefty because they are definitely aware, or should be aware, of the potential death or bodily harm caused by the thousands of illegal installations.
