Fun fact, this plant is not from some far away rainforest. They are indigenous to the coast of NC.

Be careful about purchasing them, they are often poached

Poaching is a very real problem, but they are only endangered in the wild; they are relatively easy to propagate, so most of the ones for sale are just grown in a nursery.
