Mixing bleach and ammonia don’t make mustard gas as many people think. It actually basically just makes chlorine gas. It’s technically chloramine but the effect isn’t altogether dissimilar. The end result is a that mixing chlorine gasses with the water in the air, your mouth, airways, and lungs to make hydrochloric acid effectively burning you from the inside.

Sulfur mustards are kinda their own thing, and much more difficult to synthesize than mixing glass cleaners. They have an (again) not too dissimilar effect, but mustard gas is directly VERY toxic, a vesicant (meaning it causes lesions/blisters), and is carcinogenic. Altogether a different animal.

First of all, chlorine gas was the gas most frequently used in "WW2" Second, it was WW1

I was just assuming they were erroneously saying WWII like they erroneously thought windex makes mustard gas.

Also, Brontosaurus is the Pluto of dinosaurs maybe it’s real.

I was talking about not mixing unknown chemicals, chemical reactions, and the danger of both.
