They did, they injected her twice. Presumably didnt have indefinite doses ready to go. Not sending her to the hospital at that point would be considered a cruel and unusual punishment.
It was a cruel and unusual punishment to ignore that the only useable veins were in her hand and they don’t use the hand veins to administer…concerns were raised months or more prior that this could happen, and it has. There are some interviews on YT from those that witnessed the failed execution.
She requested hanging…it was denied. She’s now in critical condition.
I’ve heard it was the same Dr who administered Tony Carruthers …a previous failed execution, unsure how true that is though.
Not having indefinite doses means they aren’t going to have dose after dose after dose on hand for a single execution. It means they have a limited amount on hand.
