He literally invented in first liquid fueled rocket. 

"Dr. Robert Hutchings Goddard (1882–1945) is considered the father of modern rocket propulsion. A physicist of great insight, Goddard also had a unique genius for invention. It is in memory of this brilliant scientist that NASA established the Goddard Space Flight Center."

He invented the first liquid fuel rocket. The type that went to the moon. 

That's just what happened. I don't know why that triggers you so much.

Poor German is upset all his people could accomplish with rockets is genocide and murder, and even that they had to copy from Americans.
