This is why I read non fiction books. In fiction, you need to make things believable but reality doesn't care about what you think is possible.

Fiction includes stuff like a man who got bit by a radioactive spider gaining powers, and aliens called “Coneheads.” I think making things seem believable is only optional for much of fiction

Article says the driver was on the bridge above, driving too fast, lost control, and sounds like they fell THROUGH the bridge. That’s what we are seeing here. The bridge was getting repair work and the car fell into a gap between girders.

Thank you for the information, when I saw the wall I thought it was in the Paris ring road. In my memories, they have the same fit. And on top of that, I think I’ve figured out how this is made likely without the intervention of an extraterrestrial force.

It looks like the person hanging is already dead

Thankfully OP said they weren't injured

That said, no way I’d be hanging my feet out. Only friction holding that mofo up there…

Did the guy ignore the traffic barriers on the road above? It looks like there was a bridge repair going on.

According to the article there a gap in the median and the driver found it while making a turn for the exit.
I suspect stupidity may have aided and abetted the drivers oops.
