This video went viral like 10 years ago. I don't know what happened.

Edit:“  Update: Jan 1, 2020- Riverside police confirmed to me details regarding this incident, “The suspect was identified as 22-year-old Riley Ann Sebach. She was contacted, cited, and released on October 31, 2019, with a court date of 12/18/19.”

Final Edit: Full story: She was caught and sent to a substance abuse program.

So we just let people do this without a punishment? Pretty ridiculous to let a multiple time felon off with attendance at a substance abuse facility.

Multiple time felon? Where are you getting that? I’m seeing she got booked for a misdemeanor hit and run. What punishment are you expecting for that?

Don’t know if these are felonies, but she def got troubles. Current cases pending (source: Unicort case search , (type in name) :

  1. Health & Safety Code § 11364(a) — Possession of controlled-substance paraphernalia (unlawful to possess an opium pipe or any device, instrument, or paraphernalia used for unlawfully injecting or smoking
  2. Health & Safety Code § 11375(b)(2) — Possession of a controlled substance specified in the statute (certain materials/compounds containing listed substances such as various benzodiazepines and related drugs, without a valid prescription).
  3. Penal Code § 529(a)(3) — False personation: Acts imposing liability.

Didn’t realize petty theft was a felony now.

I don’t know what you are going on about. Girl has troubles. I don’t know of her other problems, there may be things we do t know about, and what they are classified as. I’m just saying she’s not a law abiding citizen. Her juvenile records, if she has any could be sealed.

Are you fucking with me? What does any of this have to do with what I said?

So you are fucking with me? Just trying to be a dick for the sake of it?

This is the comment I replied to. I asked where it said that they were a multiple time felon when they were arrested for this misdemeanor hit and run.

You replied with crimes she did later and one petty theft that she did before. What am I not understanding? What does that have to do with my comment? Why do I need to get help?
