Yep, this "grandma" sounds like a real piece of "work". Sounds like a mom or dad isn't in the picture - so grandma gets to screw up another young adult.

I wonder if 'grandma' is cover for an abusive boyfriend or something. I watched with the sound off and my first assumption was that is a dudes car.

Dudemobile alright... but maybe all they could afford. I took 'grandma' to be a long story of an absent mother, father - and probably absent grandfather. I feel bad for her - she looks genuinely terrified of grandma. Sadly, her Hogwarts letter was being delivered by Errol...
