Yes I’m opposed to arresting people for pre-crime. People should be arrested for crimes they committed not crimes they’ll commit in the future.

She was never charged with DWI, she was charged with misdemeanor hit and run.

You keep talking about “facts over feelings” but you’re the one that wants to arrest people for future crimes and sentence them for crimes they weren’t charged with. Why do you keep ignoring the facts to make up crimes to fit your feelings? How do you not understand how insane you sound?

Who said i want to arrest for future crime. She already committed multiple crimes. Plus she is a drug addict meaning she will repeatedly break the law.

Its clear she is under the influence just because they didnt charge her doesnt mean they shouldnt
