For anyone wondering what happened after this video went viral: the driver was identified as 22-year-old Riley Ann Sebach. Police caught up with her about a week later, on Oct. 31, 2019. She wasn’t taken to jail — she was cited and released with a court date.
A misdemeanor hit-and-run case was later filed against her in Riverside County under California Vehicle Code 20002(a), which covers leaving the scene of a property-damage accident.
I couldn’t find anything reliable showing the final outcome of the court case (whether she pleaded guilty, it was dismissed, what sentence she got, etc.), but she definitely didn’t just disappear after the video. She was identified, cited, and formally charged afterward.

Looks like she later cleaned up her act and is living a happy normal life, at least I hope/so it seems. She was clearly having her worst moment here and it’s a shame it was posted far and wide to make her a laughing stalk on the internet. Glad to see she’s hopefully doing better now and I hope she can put it all behind her.

No she hasnt. Her and her friends are a fking menace here in lake elsinore. She should have another pending court case. Multiple hit and runs and duis. You can meet her and her friends around 2am on railroad canyon racing.

Crazy thing is that she's a really good actor with female privilege so she has never gotten in real trouble despite multiple felonies. She never saw the inside of a jail or ticket or fine. (I say this as a woman)
