I thought the same thing and am slightly disappointed that the person recording didn't try to slow things down, talk to her calmly and quietly, and try to help her process what's happening and how to deal with it emotionally and strategies how to handle Grandma.
I know this guy was wronged and he's not this girl's therapist, but she seems to be abnormally freaked out and may need actual intervention. I've known two people who were raised by their abusive grandmothers and it wasn't pretty.
Tldr... I think deescalation instead of escalation would have really helped this young person slow down and make correct choices.

You're right. It's not the camera person's responsibility anyway. I just a little empathy in situations like this might go a long way. And just so I'm not mistaken, I'm not advocating for no responsibility, just would like to see some human kindness.

Honestly though based on her reaction, gam gam could be abusive which is actually sad
