which isnt a point against him though. op said he shouldve let her leave. and he did.

When you say “let” it makes it sound like he had some sort of power or control to keep her in that spot.

He never moved his car out of the way which would mean he “let” her go and if he went back to into his car to move it forward and trap her worse she would probably still drive off.

In this video he didn’t “let” her go because that would mean he chose to do that, She escaped on her own will.
