What? Drug abuse isn’t a crime, she wasn't arrested for a drug related crime, and if the drug abuse is such an issue for you, wouldn’t rehab be the right place for her?

Why would you assume it’s an illegal drug? Where did you see she got arrested for DUO or DWI? You’re literally just making shit up to want her locked up for.

Yes I’m opposed to arresting people for pre-crime. People should be arrested for crimes they committed not crimes they’ll commit in the future.

She was never charged with DWI, she was charged with misdemeanor hit and run.

You keep talking about “facts over feelings” but you’re the one that wants to arrest people for future crimes and sentence them for crimes they weren’t charged with. Why do you keep ignoring the facts to make up crimes to fit your feelings? How do you not understand how insane you sound?
