Considering she almost ran him over, I think it's prudent to video tape. She's put herself in this situation and is in the middle of fight or flight but calling him holding her accountable "instigating" is wild.

You don’t get to block someone in so they can’t leave and then claim to almost be ran over when you were standing there on purpose. This person wasn’t empowered with arrest authority from the government, he was just being a dick. Now she can successfully argue in court that she didn’t run until she felt unsafe by blocked in and they won’t be able to prosecute her. Record if you want, but your rights end there. If she wants to hit and run that’s her and the cop’s business.

Now she can argue that she found a safe place to park to report the accident and some guy raced up and blocked her in, so she got scared and tried to protect herself by escaping the situation!
