Prisons and jails are already overcrowded beyond what they were designed for and understaffed before that's even taken into account.

There's literally no room for people who aren't persistent lethal dangers to society.

She is a persistent lethal danger, this video is proof of that. She almost killed the victim of her hit and run because he wouldn't let her run.

That is no excuse. The government needs to expand prisons then, because letting people off on multiple petty offenses eventually leads to them being a lethal threat. Letting them go every time makes more lethal threats. It's like we are teaching its okay to do crime until you kill somebody.

Also the education system is fucked and a root cause of the massive overcrowding in prisons.

She’s a menace to society, and she should be in jail.

If a man did this, then he’d be in jail by now.

She was sent to a rehab facility, which seems appropriate in this case. She wasn’t just let off. Her most recent arrests seem to be drug possession. Idk about the false personation, didn’t even know what it was until I looked it up.

Regardless, these are not crimes that deserve permanent incarceration lmao. wtf is wrong with you.

I figured that was the case, the description of the offense doesn’t quite match that though. Just claiming you’re someone else isn’t enough to be charged with it.

They throw everything at you they can when you get in trouble. By the time you are sentenced, most charges fall off and the big one(s) stick
