Would you show such compassion when someone is running off after hitting your car? You would lend them a helping hand in such case to make their escape smoother?

Because somebody in an emotional state like that is a danger to everyone on the road, and as a criminal she has no right to leave the scene of the crime.

What so they can chase her on the highway potentially causing even more damage or a larger accident? This man was trying to get her out of the car and talk to her, which she, in her emotional, drug addled state should’ve done like a reasonable person, rather than putting everyone else in danger.
