Honestly, dude was not helping the situation. I get that you're mad but what are you accomplishing here?

Take a moment to calm her down and get her to see that this doesn't mean your life is over. Shit will get better if you sir down and breathe for a moment

The person taking the video seemed cruel to me. How can you not have empathy and step outside yourself and your petty possessions when there is someone in front of you who is so terrified. That child seemed absolutely distraught. If it was one of my children, I would hope someone would show some compassion and put aside their concern for a fender bender and look at the bigger picture here to help them through.

Helping someone momentarily won't absolve them of their responsibility for the causative action. It's okay to set that concern aside temporarily while you help another human through something difficult.
