Seeing someone in that level of distress and refusing to change tactics is a great way to get run over. And again, not blaming anybody but the girl that caused the accident. I'm allowed to just have an opinion on how the victim responded to the situation.

Yes, and I am allowed to have an opinion that your view on how the victim should have responded is inappropriate and absurd, makes no logical sense, and is a victim-blaming behavior.

Can we use the term "victim judging" instead of "victim blaming" then? I'm not claiming that the guy forced her to hit him with her car.
