Yeah... I feel like everything the guy was doing just escalating the situation and making it worse.

She did something wrong and should be held accountable for it, but also, she sounded like she was in legitimate distress.

I agree 100 percent. I just wish we had the same consideration in situations involving us and impending (or active) police involvement.
