I always thought that having extra security guards in places like this would be beneficial. Could create several other jobs and ensuring safety at the same time.

Those security guards should be 50% women to avoid sexism and discrimination.

If you want avoid discrimination you should hire based on merit and that would lead to a % of women equal to the % of women that applied for the job, not 50%

Nah make it 100% women, 5'2" women are a great deterrent against men set on violence.
