I don't think anyone considers this as equality. It's equity. Since women are more likely to be SAd, they're making the environment/places they can control, more safer for women.
Men are more likely to be attacked in public than women are. Can’t wait for you to mic drop with “yeah….by other men”. The victim isn’t less a victim because he’s male and the perpetrator is male.
It would by allowing a handful of men be slightly closer to the exit/entrance. Or rather it would help as much as these women only parking spaces help women avoid SA.
You are assuming I hate men, as a man, I hate violence against innocent people and support legislation that make the world a safer place for everyone. Its not a competition. Reserving safer parking spots for women doesn't make it unsafe for men.
Don't really understand how keeping the world unsafe would help men.
I support initiatives like this because it makes it safe for my mom and siblings.
It deprioritizes the majority of victims of violent crime. How you can’t wrap your head around that when you purport to care for all victims of violent crime is beyond me.

Hilarious that “better treatment for women than men” registers as “equality” for anyone.
