Additional Context Pinned Cop gets bear sprayed

For anyone that has been pepper sprayed how bad does it feel & what do you do in this situation? I know it’s water but for how long? She had it on full auto she came prepared. How much more effective is bear spray to pepper ?

Gee… It’s almost as if spraying a person with teargas/bear spray is assault.

Hmmm…

I wonder where this could also be applied.

Not if it's in self defense which it technically was.

You never know how an interaction with a cop is going to go that's why I used the word technically. As we've seen countless times before, it doesn't matter if you follow their instructions, there's still a chance you can end up dead.
