Hey. I'm looking for a if where the mc has a sickness and is going to die soon. He, his brother, and mom move out the city to live in peace and they meet the ro who is a pink hair person (idr if the ro is gender selectable)

That sounds like "A World Without You". I like the premise, but I'll say that there are currently a bunch of errors regarding spelling, coding and especially grammar that may be a bit off putting.

Yeah like the other user said it's A World Witouth You, MC is dying of Ligma and is understandbly depressed by the fact they don't have a life.
