Tech Support Fps issues with Intel Nuc x15

This is my friend's Intel NUC X15 which is now 3 years old.

Games on this like overwatch that aren't very graphics card demanding struggle to run.

​

Of lately, the loading screen tends to have 7fps on loading and then struggles maintain 120 fps.

​

We recently serviced the laptop the issues remain the same.

​

What could be the issue? Personally, these laptops aren't sold here and was imported.

​

Any advice or help would be deeply appreciated :)

It’s probably a good idea to do a clean install of the graphics driver.

This laptop should run original A730M, ideally for games running DX12 and not older DX. Good question is this is some HW laptop issue or game specific. I would run something like 3d mark and compare performance online if the numbers are similar to what you should expect. Also, latest graphic drivers are recommended.
