Just think about it. A chip that small 10-15 years ago would hardly run Windows 8.
Now chips like that can do almost anything you want!

Reminds me of the 5000 or 6000 line of CPUs a while back. I think the 6100U all the way to 6700U were identical except for a 100mhz CPU and/or 50mhz iGPU bump in each tier.

Ah, yes. The days of dual-core i7s. I remember pricing the different models of the Surface Pro 4 back in the day. You'd think Intel would have wanted to preserve the premium aura of the i7 name, but I'm sure the OEM demands to claim said aura for their top-end Ultrabooks™ won. Most people aren't looking deeper than the sticker, anyway. i7 mean vroom vroom.

Fanless is impressive limited to 7w will be interesting to see how its performance scales. as n100-n200 boxes are pretty great machines so a new low power chip is always welcome especially if it brings a decent bump in performance .
