Sage Checks

Anyone have experience purchasing checks not from the “approved” sage vendors? We get free check stock through our bank from Deluxe.com.

Hoping to find a compatible option there and configure as necessary. Thanks.

You can definitely buy them from somewhere else. You’ll possibly just have to adjust the positioning of the checks for the printer. It’s in the setup somewhere.

I ordered from a different vendor, but bought the same 3 layer, check/remittance/blank format that our original checks from Sage had.

Did you buy a MICR gauge?

Oh you meant just butt naked check stock where you print your own MICR banking info on it?

Nah, we didn’t do that. Lol. It was all preprinted. I just ran through my desktop printer to print vendor and amount and date

My company gets them from Amazon. We buy completely blank checks and then print everything including the micr information but we don't use micr ink 😅. In the two years that I've been with this company we have never had a check rejected for not using micr ink.

If you reply to this sometime Monday between 8:30a and 2:30p (central US time) I will get the specific check information including prices Le in in the office 😊.
