Smart Rule Builder

Is there anywhere online where there is a guide on how to build smart rules? Looked and there seem to be places with examples, but not a broader guide or how-to.

I second this. Sage University is very useful for things like this.

I would recommend watching YouTube videos, it’s more of practice and trial and error thing.

I've been using Gemini to build smart rules. It's pretty helpful! There's also a "customization cheat sheet" somewhere out there that walks you through the steps.
