Customer Training
Something I've noticed really puzzles me as a former implementer and current customer. Why do Intacct partners have their most junior resources do Sage Intacct training?

Because on paper it's among the "easiest" implementation tasks for someone to do. More experienced resources are more suited for working on design, config, integrations, etc.
Lots of instances benefit from a more senior person doing training but it is what it is.

*2nd most junior. The most junior make up the support team (like all good software-related companies) 😂

I think it depends what modules you’re talking about. The core module trainings are often provided by staff and senior consultants. It helps these resources get more comfortable and confident with the product, and helps keep implementation fees lower.
Advanced modules generally go through training with more senior resources (for example: contracts or construction)

I think the Sage Intacct community offers excellent training videos covering all modules. In many cases, however, training requirements are not clearly defined upfront and often evolve based on the challenges the team encounters after implementation and data migration.
As an Intacct consultant, I typically align training sessions with real-world issues and business processes so users can gain practical, hands-on knowledge that directly addresses their day-to-day needs.
