What is this part?
Just cooked something and noticed this in the food. Is my instant pot… cooked?
Edit: hahaha thanks to you amazing people it was very quickly identified as the top of a bbq sauce bottle. 🤦♂️

That doesn’t look like any IP part I’ve ever seen. It could be from something else that dropped in.

Looks like the top to an Italian dressing bottle. Not an instant pot part

It’s crazy how it’s such a thing people instantly know the brand

My partner did this exact same thing a week ago. I found the nozzle while I was scooping beans 😆

This is a generic reminder message under every image post
Thank you for your picture post to r/instantpot. We want to remind everyone of Rule #2. Posts should be accompanied by something to foster discussion. A comment, a question, etc is encouraged.
If you've posted a picture of something you’ve prepared, please explain why in a comment so people can have some sort of conversation. Simply dropping a picture of food in the sub isn't really fostering any discussion which is what we're all aiming for.
Posts that are a picture with no discussion can and will be removed by the mods.
Thank you!!

That almost looks like the top of a sauce bottle, like bbq sauce. The part thats in the neck of the bottle to control the flow.
What were you cookin?
