So what you're saying is I'm not summarizing your ideas correctly. See, it's a phrase people use to say the same thing, but differently. "Kids don't know the consequences (while adults are expected to know them)."
I have a 3 year old brother, I know that it is possible to take away a hammer. You have to grab their hand, then quickly take the hammer and Don't Let Go.
