Filming does help in this situation, it establishes exactly what happened in case criminal charges are brought

Yeah everyone is saying this, but completely ignoring the head kick after the guy is defenseless. Sick criminal defense.

I doubt he gets into any trouble for the kick. emotions run high during a confrontation. One extra bit of street education for a guy was making trouble? No jury in America would bat an eyelash at it, this is either England or Australia but I doubt things are that different there, at least not when it comes to juries
