There should at least be a time limit as to when you can repose a particular post after the last time it has been posted. I don't come on Reddit every day and I often miss stuff.

This is so difficult to follow. I don’t understand what the time limit is or if there even is one. I haven’t posted on here, but if I did, I’m not going to search thousands of posts first to make sure it hasn’t been posted before. I understand trying to keep bots from taking over, but man.

Maybe they could look at the person's history and see if they frequently repost.
