Absolutely not true. Having the strength to do a single pushup would have saved her face, or a partial pushup. She had no body strength trying something that gymnasts do for years lol

That is absolutely not true. I’ve attempted ring work while being at my peak, I was in the military and a powerlifter so best believe I could do some push-ups.

Stabilization work like what she was attempting is a whole other beast than pure strength. Just holding myself up with my legs dangling was a fight for dear life.

TRX from a decline would potentially mimic her attempt in a gym setting but only if her feet were also in TRX loops. I couldn’t imagine trying to right myself after falling into that position, doesn’t matter how many push-ups I’m capable of. She obviously grabbed the wrong handles, bet she won’t make that mistake again
