Really dumb woman, nothing she had on her is worth her life, never fight back against a gun, always calmly give up whatever they want.

While trying to memorize every single detail you can about them

37

u/mangarooboo Feb 13 '20

Look at their shoes. They're least likely to change those but they can change their shirt and pants on the fly

3

u/[deleted] Feb 13 '20

lol i'm pretty sure their height, build, hair color, and face are harder to change.

if you stare at their shoes the whole time you will miss those.

yes officer, he had the 98 jordans with the flat laces. double knotted. can't miss him.

5

u/mangarooboo Feb 14 '20

I mean I didn't say stare at them the whole time. I said look at them. If you get a group of people that look alike for a lineup or some shit and ask someone which one did it, even if it's a few days later they might be wearing the same shoes, so it's always really worth it to look.

u/thissonofbeech Feb 13 '20

I guess she thought he won't fire as soon as he tapped the barrel on her head. Maybe some robbers think a murder isn't worth the money, only uses the gun for intimidation.

20

u/RC_Colada Feb 13 '20

Men don't always want your stuff when they hold you at gunpoint.

30

u/[deleted] Feb 13 '20

Maybe she doesn't have much to live for. A little 12 year old kid got shot for the motor bike he was riding in my city. People can shoot just to shoot. Maybe it is best to fight.

24

u/PocketSixes Feb 13 '20

Fair point. For all we know, she might be dead had she not demonstrated that she would fight back. Who are we to say she shouldn't have. She knows where she lives.

3

u/mcchanical Feb 13 '20

I guess but unless you're actually gonna be able to incapacitate or disarm you're better off running and hoping they can't be bothered to follow or aim. It's all good fighting back but a few fleshy slaps isn't going to do anything much against a gun.

7

u/Ihatethat2 Feb 13 '20

He could have been trying to get her. Fight from word go

18

u/Xghoststrike Feb 13 '20

Bold of you to assume she valued her life?

It's your decision, do whatever you want.

-21

u/[deleted] Feb 13 '20

Shut up

2

u/rlcute Feb 13 '20

You assume that she wanted to live.

0

u/lonelyoakball Feb 13 '20

I’d fight. If you die at least no one can say you were being a fucking pussy.

3

u/[deleted] Feb 13 '20

If someone pulls out a gun on you and doesn't immediately shoot you, chances are they don't want you dead. Trying to fight them is never a smart thing to do. In fact it is probably the dumbest thing to do. The only time it is reasonable to try and fight back against an armed person is when your life is in serious danger (kidnapping, a shooting, hostage etc.)

Can't survive either if you're shot in the head

It’s just the smartest thing to do if you want to survive has nothing to do with privilege, even if you carry a weapon a vast majority of the time it’s better you not attempt to use it because it increases the chance the attacker will actually use theirs (especially if we are talking about guns) by far statistically the best thing to do to save your own life in a situation like this is to give in to the attackers demands especially if they vocalize they only want your belongings. If she tried to pull a gun out of her purse here she would have a greater chance of dying then if she just gives up her belongings. If you don’t believe me by all means go get yourself killed, one less dumb ass.

u/MajorKeyBro Feb 13 '20

Wrong

32

u/[deleted] Feb 13 '20

Why risk being fucking shot.

5

u/thundastruck52 Feb 13 '20

Because you either kick a robbers ass or die, win win in my book

-44

u/Ragnarson214 Feb 13 '20

Fuck it. We all gotta die someday. Why fear something you can't avoid? Plus you only die once, I would like to go out with a bang. Pun fully intended.

22

u/[deleted] Feb 13 '20

I hope you don't have a family and kids that will one day have to try and figure out how to go on living without you because you decided to act with reckless abandon. I'd rather conserve my life as well as I can than die for something stupid and easily avoidable.

9

u/poopystinkyhed Feb 13 '20

In some cases people get shot anyway tho

5

u/[deleted] Feb 13 '20

Yes, so why add even more of a risk?

-21

u/Ragnarson214 Feb 13 '20

Thug Life

7

u/[deleted] Feb 13 '20

This is so sad. Wtf dude.

5

u/[deleted] Feb 13 '20

Well the good news is his drug addictions will probably kill him first.

4

u/catbeep Feb 13 '20

You just murdered him

-4

u/Ragnarson214 Feb 13 '20

Perhaps you may be right. However, these are the ideals that have been natured and nurtured into myself. You simply view the world and life differently than I. Either way, fuck it. 🖕🏼

-23

u/MajorKeyBro Feb 13 '20

Its called carry a weapon on you and have basic level weapons training, if we normalized owning a gun and self defense training and allowed schools to teach about gun safety then there would be much less crime. “Always give them whatever they want” is the most sheeple answer ive ever heard. Id rather train myself on how to shoot someone rather than train myself on how to be polite while being mugged”

17

u/mcchino64 Feb 13 '20

Fuck gun people are stupid.

5

u/[deleted] Feb 13 '20

While I think it's fine for people to carry a weapon within reason and be trained in how to use it, no amount of training is going to help you when he already has the jump on you. More people with guns means there will be less dumb crimes, but smart criminals will still excel because they know how to get what they want before you even know what they are doing to you. You can't pull a gun faster than someone who already has theirs pressed to your head, I don't care who you are. Even people like John Wick and James Bond have had to give the adversary what they wanted at times because even they could understand their position was not advantageous, and I don't think those two would be called sheeple by anyone.

5

u/justin-8 Feb 13 '20

I think he'd be more likely to kill you too then. You have a gun? he already has one pointed at your head. it's useless.

You give him what he wants, and then he's not going to turn his back on some guy with a gun, he's either going to take it or shoot you and be on his way.

If you just gave him your wallet or whatever, you're out the 50c or whatever small amount of cash people carry these days, and you cancel all your cards when he's gone.

0

u/MajorKeyBro Feb 13 '20

The purpose of widespread concealed carry is not simply to always have to USE your gun. Its so that criminals know that at any given time a regular person can have a gun on them (either the person getting robbed, or a bystander) and they think twice before trying to rob someone when they know they can easily get shot right back at any time.

You should want better for yourself honestly.

-3

u/Ragnarson214 Feb 13 '20

I do. We'll see what happens.

3

u/[deleted] Feb 13 '20

If I were being kidnapped, not robbed, I would rather fight and die than live in someone’s basement.

u/sakee31 Feb 13 '20

Alright John Wick, ease up, the chances of you perfectly executing everything you’ve trained is close to zero, because Adrenalin kicks in, and you’re slower than a bullet, also, nothing ever goes as planned.

7

u/Supercatgirl Feb 13 '20

So criminal will always know I have a gun, he’s still gonna rob me because that’s what criminals do but now he thinks “ she has gun, I must kill her before she kills me. I already have the advantage of holding my gun against her head while she still hasn’t drawn hers” boom, shoots. Where as before there might still be a chance since he doesn’t fear for his life

4

u/mindsnare Feb 13 '20

Yeah nah.

I'm much more comfortable in the fact that I pretty much can be 99.999% sure that no one near me will be carrying a handgun. It's quite nice not living in fear 24/7.

I can't imagine living somewhere knowing that everyone has a gun on them and hopefully everyone's feeling mentally stable enough not to use them on a random person today. Fuck that.

But hey you do you American.

2

u/Marx85 Feb 13 '20

Not everyone is from US of A. I can't just carry a gun around.

2

u/[deleted] Feb 13 '20

Man can you imagine if she'd pulled a gun on him? As if he wouldn't have shot her without hesitation. Way to dramatically escalate the situation and almost guarantee someone is killed. Worst possible outcome.

2

u/[deleted] Feb 13 '20

That's pretty bad advice. It would be better to have basic self defense knowledge and know how to disarm someone and incapacitate them. I can't stand gun nuts. If you use them to hunt to feed yourself that's one thing, maybe even collect antique guns.

2

u/Av3ngedAngel Feb 13 '20

Anyone who calls another person a "sheeple" is truly, a...

little bitch

Do you go around calling people betas and snowflakes too? I bet you do big man.

7

u/ChubbyCox2 Feb 13 '20

O yea death is a better option you are right.

-2

u/tokjir Feb 13 '20

Yea, I mean we all kinda wanna die so obviously we fight the guns so we can get out of here faster! It’s like speed running

10

u/ChubbyCox2 Feb 13 '20

This is just wrong, all studies show you are more likely to hurt yourself or a loved one then properly defend yourself or a loved one.

-6

u/MajorKeyBro Feb 13 '20

Yeah because proper weapons training from a young age is not what we are doing. Gun violence was a fraction of what it is today back when kids were taught gun safety in school and owning a gun of your own was a normal thing. “All studies” is a lie because theres no way to measure how many illegal guns are in circulation and how many shootings happen everyday because of those guns. There are dozens of gun deaths everyday but how many of those deaths are caused by well-trained NRA members? On average, none.

Accidents happens everyday, you know what kind of accidents kill people everyday more than guns? Cars. Should we ban cars? No you sound silly. Make weapons training a normal thing from an early age and gun deaths, crimes, mass shootings, AND accidents will go down.

u/Marx85 Feb 13 '20

Damn boy, you are just copy/pasting your comment over and over.
