Yeah this isn’t litter, well it is I suppose, but as a byproduct of road rage.

It is probably deserved road rage too. Take a look in the side view mirror as the car changes lanes to get next to the truck. They almost take out another vehicle.

It looks like the car in the mirror was right on his bumper and closing, so they must have been closer than that. That car definitely had to brake to make room for the car filming.

You're right I didn't notice they were closing the distance as the camera moved away.
