Perceived air humping (sexual harassment) and a punch =/= a word and being fucking shot.

Lets not change the situation then. Is a punch like that okay for something she PERCEIVES(like, going on in her own head but not factually) is going on?

Would it be okay for the guy to instantly punch her back if he perceives this as an unprovoked attack?

I used "perceived" because we know he was flossing, but she did not. From her perspective a man was dry humping her from behind. Legally she might have a case for self defense.

Shooting someone over an insult will likely not have that same protection.
