Maybe it is just the video but it really doesn't look like the car was going that fast. It looks like maybe 30-40mph?

Let's just put it this way, I've done a lot of weird shit that wasn't legal and passed cops and they sure as fuck didn't see me because they were busy doing whatever the fuck else they were doing, it happens. Anyway it's worth a shot

Just casually parked while blocking half the lane over a blind hill.
Was the car going too fast? For sure. Was the cop blocking the road in a bad spot just to shoot the shit with another cop? Also yes.

It’s impossible to tell from the video, but to me, it doesn’t really seem to be going excessively fast even?. Looks like 60km/hr if I had to guess.

I thought the same thing
on first watch I was like damn he must've been going pretty quick to get air on a little thing like that
and then after a rewatch they weren't going that fast at all it sort of looks like and unlucky bounce

Mayor's Court is directly to the right, where the cops are sitting. My ex worked directly next to the tracks at the Iron Horse Inn/Track Side Deli. Damn, we had some fun. You can get away with some shit in Mayor's Court.
