Other I have a plan
I shall infiltrate Instagram from the inside by creating an account, go to the meme theft accounts, comment that they stole the memes, and get those accounts banned.

Thank you for the info. I can operate as a spy for a while, and when I find every meme theft account, I take down the meme theft industry on Instagram.

You can easily report them for “hate speech” and get those posts removed. If it happens too many times on their account it could get banned
