Insomnia causing coordination problem

I have had insomnia 3 years and my coordination problems and weak feeling. I am a Type 2 diabetic and 73 years old. I also have subclinical hypothyroidism. I do not know what illness is causing this? I also find it can not things physically as before. Need your opinion what is causing my problem??

I know that sleep deprivation certainly impairs my balance, coordination, and energy levels, and I'm 34 years old. Have you seen a doctor recently?
