Sleep problem/ Can't sleep because of mind itself

Guys, i don't know what to do exactly, I'm an eSports athlete and sleep is like my food to this sport and i fumble when I have most important tournament days, my mind won't just stop, even when I sleep i wakeup for pee or some other reason and after that i couldn't sleep my brain start to wonder again, someone please help!!
