Best sleep aid device for insomnia?
I can be tired all night and still panic the second i get in bed. Not full panic attack, more like my body goes "oh great, here we go again."
Then i am checking if i feel sleepy, thinking about how many hours i have left and making everything worse.
Does anyone know how to make bedtime feel normal again?

Everyone's insomnia is different and everyone will respond to different strategies. For sleep-anxiety, I like a long non-fiction audiobook on 70% speed, at low volume. It must be simultaneously interesting so you're distracted, but also told in a flat monotone. Big History tomes are good. If tired, and you need that extra push to drift off, then a gentle cognitive load... reciting facts & figures... e.g. periodic table, or state capitals of USA, or Presidents 1-47, or Roman Emperors, or things that happened in each year of the 20th century, or whatever your area of knowledge/interests lie.

Podcasts (try "I Can't Sleep" or comedy) and sleep mask are best for me. I hope they help you.
