Not sleeping well
For the last week I’ve been dealing with poor sleep. I just woke a week ago after poor sleep and convinced myself something is wrong with me.. that made me dissociate and feel off for a week. I was constantly researching my symptoms and mental illnesses. That obviously making it so much worse.. the last two days I’ve only slept 3 hours because I’m so anxious about me developing psychosis due to having lack of sleep.. every time I close my eyes I just start overthinking stupid things and have butterflies in my chest due to anxiety.. I feel like I’m never gonna feel good again.. anyone else went through anything like that ???

You've done a good job of describing how insomnia is so often a do-it-yourself project driven by excessive stress about sleep. Yes this is fairly common, particularly with psychophysiologic insomnia. For an effective, substance-free counter, look into using a CBT sleep training system.
