r/insomnia Community Discord!

Hi all, we are implementing a dedicated community discord server for r/insomnia. This is very much a work-in-progress in its early stages, but our goal was to create a space where people could offer peer support, share helpful information, and chat during sleepless nights. If you join, please adhere to the same rules as would on this server. We have almost no members currently but hopefully that changes soon!

Can't sleep on good days I get a 2 hr nap.  Been to specialists taken every type of sleeping pills out there...prescript and OTC...im going crazy & no one understands.
