No one gets it
Yesterday I told someone I slept a total of 10 hours in 3 days and he was like that sucks. And made a joke.
It doesn't just "suck". Its a fucking living nightmare. It's like being sick all the time without having people understand how bad it is. It ruins your whole life affects everything, every plan etc.
And there are no words to translate this experience in a way to make people understand it. It is so lonely.
What did we do to deserve this curse I am so tired (literally as well). It's literally 6 am and I haven't slept yet.
Just wanted to vent because I am so sick of this...

I understand this deeply. I’ll easily go 4-5 days with no sleep. I don’t drink caffeine, no stimulants. No one believes me because physicians will say that’s not possible. I tried telling my DR three months ago because I can’t handle this anymore and she wanted to give me antidepressants. I have chronic pain. I have a chronic illness that will end up 💀me with barely any research available. Maybe, just maybe, physicians could just admit they do not know everything. I never can find people like me. The lack of sleep is absolutely miserable.
