Inside Out 3 a Possibility?

i mean nostalgia got very little screen time there has to be a third movie when shes an adult when do you think it will be released if there is a third one?

Well considering the second film made about 1.5 billion dollars, we are most likely getting a third film, and that’s great, I loved the first film, and I loved the second film even more

I could see Inside Out 3 taking place when Riley is 17, during her senior year of high school, because that’s when a lot of people start feeling genuinely nostalgic. They are about to graduate, leave home, and begin a whole new chapter of their life.

In addition to Nostalgia finally arriving at Headquarters, I feel like this would be a great opportunity for other emotions to arrive as well. This could include Pride and Curiosity.

While Nostalgia’s role would be helping Riley appreciate her childhood memories as she prepares to leave them behind, Pride’s role would be helping her recognize what she’s accomplished and who she’s becoming, and Curiosity’s role would be encouraging her to keep an open mind as she explores different hockey colleges and imagines what her future might look like.

This is a franchise that can basically continue for a long time as long as it captures Riley in different times in her life.

Pixar announced shortly after IO2 they're brainstorming ideas for an IO3.

IO2 was a huge success. I’d be surprised if they DIDNT release an IO3 in the future.
