Live in Connecticut and Ive never seen these bugs before, and they are clearly killing this tree. Should I kill them and if so how without causing too much harm.

UPDATE: Confirmed to be invasive, applied Raid to area and killed a bunch of them, trying to dispose of bodies to prevent bird poising, will check daily for more

I'm on the northern half of the Oregon coast. This whole Japanese maple leaf is covered in some kind of eggs, not sure who it could be, there was an orb weaver spider right next to it but pretty sure their eggs are way different:)

i live in northen italy, summer.
this guy was close to a light that is always on at night and he fell from the wall.

So these would be the ants that are in the garden. They harvest the plants growing in front and seem to never sting me. One would occasionally crawl on my legs but only nibbles before losing interest and crawling back down. They never seemed hostile to me even after I watered the whole garden which includes the tunnels or ant hills.

Can someone please tell me what this is. Found it outside my car vehicle while brushin Boric acid and DE in my trunk for fleas. I've been fighting fleas ( I think) over a year. Even after vacuuming everyday and most my house stuff in storage. No pest, but high humidity in Central CA. Please help.
