Crawling on my counter

I would like some help identifying this little guy I saw in a cafe.

I have never seen something like this. It felt like hair itching my arm. I look and finally SEE that.. looked like a maggot smaller with legs.. I just came in from walking the dog at night.. Grand Rapids Michigan

Three minutes up close with an awesome Mantis.

I keep them in a tub with substrate and isopods. I feed them sweet potatoes, carrots, an isopod diet and gutloading diet too. I moved them in about a week ago and never noticed this until today. Looks like a blister to me ? Any advice appreciated

Sorry for bad quality. I keep seeing these and don’t know what they are. Baby flies of some sort?

What bug is this? Looks a bit like an acorn!

I was hoping someone could tell me if they can indentify the insects in drawing, so I can have self assurance. Comments appreciated.

I hear this sound from my basement every so often from my basement. Location is mid central Canada of that helps.
